WOMEN'S BOXING CLASSES

At one time 70% of our members were women! Boxing training is a full-body, cardio-vascular workout. It's FUN! It's aerobic! It's anaerobic! It's the ONLY WAY to get into FIGHTING SHAPE!

We don't patronize our women members with a token "boxercize" or "boxaerobic" class taught by an aerobics instructor. All our trainers are certified by USA Boxing. You get a full-on Boxing work-out that includes jump-rope, foot-drills, shadowboxing, focus-pads, heavy-bag, speed-bag, reaction drills, endurance drills, the works!

It's a class that will KNOCK YOU OUT!
